About

Nourish is an installable nutrition tracker. Three quick-add buttons, saved meals, and a daily goal sit on Today. A seven-day weighted color shows whether eating is on track: today counts fully, yesterday half, and each older day a little less. Eating under the goal pulls the color back toward green. The open log works offline, and a signed-in log syncs across devices.
